I have setup a grow wharehouse in zoned industrial loveland co. With the new laws I cannot find a way to legally operate. If you would like to take over the lease,buy the equipment or both. It has 19 xxxl mangum 6″ air vented hoods with 16 high pressure sodium bulbs and 3 Metal Halide all with zip up and down hangers. All necessary venting. Can 150 carbon filter with 800 cfm fan. 5 400 cfm fans. 80 -5 gallon pots with saucers. Tons of Botanicare grow and bloom product. Because of my large purchase I got all equipment at 25% off which I am willing to sell for the same. If you take all equipment I would be willing to give a better offer. Or…. if you have any ideas that I can still legally do this I would love to talk with you.
